The short version: the game collects nothing — no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and everything it saves stays on your device. This website sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties, and never stores your IP address. We count page views on our own server, and if you write to us through the contact form we use what you typed to write back. That's the whole story — the sections below just say it slowly.
This policy covers two things: the Torre de Fogo TD game (Android and desktop) and this website. They are described separately below.
Torre de Fogo TD does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. The game contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising network, no tracking SDK, no account and no login. We run no game server, so your save data and your play never reach us — there is nothing on our side to read. The game is fully playable offline.
The Android version does include Google's Play Billing library, so it can offer the optional campaign unlock. That library is why the app lists the internet and network-state permissions: it talks to the Google Play Store app, and it sends its own technical diagnostics to Google. It is operated by Google under Google's privacy policy, and it reports nothing about you back to us.
The game saves a small amount of data locally, so you can stop playing and come back later:
This data never leaves your device, and we cannot read it. Uninstalling the game deletes all of it. If you have Android backup switched on, your device may copy this save data to your own Google account — that copy is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
The Android game is free to install and includes one optional purchase that unlocks the full campaign. The payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see and never receive your name, email address, card details or billing address. Google tells the game only whether this account owns the unlock, and gives us anonymous sales totals. Google's handling of the payment is covered by Google's privacy policy.
The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, at any age.
This website does not use cookies, localStorage, or any other client-side storage — which is why you don't see a cookie banner. Every image, script, font and video is served from this domain. There is no Google Analytics, no ad network, no social-media pixel, and your visit is not shared with anyone.
We run a small first-party counter on our own server to see how many people visit. For each page view it records:

The visitor code lets us count "unique visitors per day" without cookies: the server computes a one-way hash of connection data using a secret random key, keeps only 12 characters of it, and deletes the key every day. Once the key is gone the code cannot be traced back to you, and codes from different days can never be linked. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip counting entirely.
If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address and text you typed. We use them for exactly one purpose: reading your message and replying to it. The message is delivered to our mailbox and a copy is kept on the server so nothing is lost in transit. We do not add you to any mailing list and we never share or sell this data. The anti-spam check is generated and verified on our own server — no third-party captcha service sees your traffic.
Like almost every site on the internet, the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (for security and abuse prevention) with their own retention rules. We don't use these logs for analytics.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to show, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. In practice the only personal data we could hold is a contact-form message you sent us — email us and we'll delete it. The game itself holds nothing we could show or delete: uninstalling it removes your save data from your device. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
